Residency
A selective venture environment for founders building scalable companies. We embed a small number of founders and early teams in a focused operating context: Elementa’s premium infrastructure carrying sclr’s venture and execution platform.
Our home is a 19-floor building in prime W1, between Mayfair and Fitzrovia. The conversations on these floors are operational: capital, deals, and decisions. The floors above and below are occupied by finance, investment, and professional services firms. A setting that signals seriousness to your guests before you’ve said a word.
Residency is offered to a small number of companies each year. It is not a service you subscribe to. It is an environment you are admitted into, because the quality of who is here depends entirely on the care taken in choosing them.
Founders who are already operating, not preparing to. A live product in market, revenue or venture backing, clear traction beyond MVP, and full-time operational intensity.

Calm, private, and designed for focused execution. Dedicated workstations, secure network, phone booths for private calls, and kitchen facilities on the floor. No hot desks. No drop-ins. No revolving door of strangers.
Residents also have access to curated roundtables, small-group capital sessions, expansion labs, and structured pathways into the sclr capital network. All are by application or approval. Residents have priority, and complimentary access to most of them.
One of our founders moved here after several years in a dedicated startup hub. He described his first week as five times more productive than anything before it. The environment did that: the removal of everything that wasn’t useful.
Residents pay a fraction of what this environment costs to operate. The rest is our investment in you. We allocate carefully because of it.

The sclr Venture Hub in London is embedded within Elementa Workspace’s infrastructure. Family offices and household-name firms hold private offices across these locations: residents can find themselves speaking to potential investors on the way into work, and senior people from those firms sit in sclr rooms session after session.
Beyond the building, residents and the team access the wider sclr network of corporate partners and funds through the sessions, the introductions, and the people around them. The environment does a lot of the work here.
