Launched over a decade ago, sclr labs offers years of hands-on expertise in streamlining growth for tech founders with ambitious aspirations.
As a team of tech experts, dedicated founders, industry-leading operators, and investors, sclr helps companies launch into new markets - equipping them with the toolkit, the know-how, the infrastructure, and the trusted network they need to stay within them.
sclr started as a consultancy. Our clients demanded a more hands-on approach - and that is where sclr became more of a venture scaler and builder, working inside companies rather than advising from outside them.
We intensified activity: launching the sessions and opening our doors to a wider range of startups that were already growth-ready - bringing founders, operators, and investors into the same rooms.
We began building the Venture Hub with an institutional partner - which allowed us to open the residency and support selective startups with more than access to growth tools: an infrastructure they would not otherwise have at that stage.
Our activity supports ventures in both directions: companies aiming to expand outside the UK, and international companies aiming to expand into it.
We continue building and developing the hub and the residency - opening the opportunity to even more growth-ready startups, institutional operators, and investors, across multiple locations across London.

Patrycja Maksymowicz
Founder and CEO
A founder and venture architect with over 30 years of experience in entrepreneurship, designing and scaling companies. She works at the intersection of strategy, execution, and organisational design, supporting founders who are preparing for their next stage of scale. Through sclr labs, she has built a focused operating environment for ventures moving into their next stage of growth.
Mauro Romaldini
Financial Strategy
A senior finance leader and startup advisor with 17+ years of international experience across fintech, SaaS, and high-growth environments. He has supported over $150m in fundraising, led M&A and due diligence projects, and helped founders build robust financial models and scalable operating structures. Mauro bridges corporate finance discipline with startup pace.
Guillaume Catella
Technology and Innovation
A serial technopreneur with 12+ years of experience building and scaling technology ventures across fintech, e-commerce, gaming, music, and edtech. He has founded and led multiple startups globally and co-founded Creatella Venture Builder, supporting the launch of 40+ startups across Europe and Southeast Asia and raising over $40m. An INSEAD Entrepreneur in Residence.
Luka Thomas
The Founder’s Associate
An Economics student at Loughborough University and Founder’s Associate at sclr labs, Luka brings experience from his time as an Investment Banking Analyst at PanEuro Group and as Vice Chair of the university’s Consulting Society. His analytical and collaborative approach has been shaped by contributing to live advisory projects and supporting the sclr team across research and operations.
